The new line of Pony Collar and Cuff presses is the perfect combination with shirt finishers. They guarantee impeccable finishing thanks to their powerful squeezing pressure and excellent heat distribution on their bucks. Our customers can choose the press that most suits their needs based on the dimensions and required productivity. All presses use powerful vacuum units that help operators place collars and cuffs easily and remove residual moisture quickly. Additionally, the Pony Collar and Cuff series offers:

– NO-SHINE Technology: Teflon coating on the upper bucks ensures excellent ironing without creating shine on dark fabrics.

– The series includes ergonomic features that help operators maintain correct posture and work without fatigue.

QUAD

This compact-designed quadruple rotary press has a modular framework that eases transport and passage even in tight spaces. Teflon-coated upper buck, two lower bucks with vacuum and padded with silicone and Nomex® cloth. Steam heated bucks are included. PLC touchscreen controls.

Productivity: up to 240 shirts per hour.
